I went here for the first time on a saturday, it was a pretty good time! good music....fair size dance floor...bar tenders were super polite and helpful!!!! bouncers were great as well! down to earth and nice...the only bad point was that it was super hot and humid it was very sweaty lol

Well first off it was my birthday party and no one contacted me back after i tried to contact the people at the royal a month before, 2ndly the dj sucked, the music was not good to dance to, until the end when people were telling him what to play i did get a couple free drinks.. all in all i will go back but DONT GO FOR BIRTHDAYS THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE

This is the best place to go to with a group of friends especially if you love those classic sing along songs like sweet caroline and all.

went to the royal w/ puffnstuff, hot chicks, friendly staff. most likley the royal caters to the college crowd and is packed on the weekends. we arrived at 8:45, had a drink, left at 9:15, got a stamp, but did not pay cover, went across the street to doolin's. came back at 11:30 prepared to spend money inside the club. we were told by the doorman we could not jump the line and we have to eat and drink at the same place, not go to different places. good luck guys! have a nice summer

Went for my b-day, had a blast with my friends and met lots of new people. Definately gonna be a favourite.

Went to The Royal on Friday night and had a blast with my girls. The music was awesome for dancing to (top 40/hip hop/r&b) and the crowd was very fun. Bouncers were polite and professional and bartenders were cute! I'd definitely go back!
