Went to Honey for the 1st time on Friday, Nov.3rd.
It took 30mins to get drinks (went to the bar twice so we wasted an hour getting drinks). I had ordered a Bombay & tonic and the bartender used their generic gin which tasted like rubbing alcohol. I didn't complain because the bar was so busy and there were about 60 ppl waiting for drinks. There is one bar, with 3 bartenders and they share one cash till. The coat check is made up of 2 portable clothing racks w/ 2 girls behind 2 bar tables as their counter (obviously they ran out of room for coats). The DJ's and music are awesome but Honey is not built to hold a club night. It is a lounge not a club. I feel sorry for the bartenders and coat check girls as they have to work in substandard conditions. If you love old skool hip hop and R&B, waiting a LONG time to get a drink and holding your coat while you dance then head to Honey on Friday nights!!
