The worst experience in a cafe in my life. One of the waitress overcharged my bill, then blamed me for her mistake and she didn''t provide any solution to fix it. I was always calm and respectful, but she became extremely rude when I suggested just to get the overcharged amount back as cash and she refused to talk to me. She went even further, directly insulting me and asking me to leave the cafe without my change. My friends were able to calm her down and get my money back, but she ruined my Saturday evening. If enjoy being overcharged, humiliated and insulted, Nelson Cafe is your place. I don''t, and I will never go back to this place with such a unprofessional servers.
