Mississppi Nights was a wonderful small show venue and club. I had the pleasure of personally knowing most of the staff and they were/are some of the best people you could ever meet. However, Mississippi Night's is closed now. It was forced to shut down after pinnacle persuaded the city of St. Louis to not renew their lease so as to convert the space into a parking lot for their new casino. So to get this straing, Mississippi nights, one of Stl's most historic music venues is now closed to make room for a casino parking lot. Those of us lucky enough to have attended Mississippi Nights will forever remember it as a great place to see a show. Caring staff, excellent location, Great shows. Will be missed
