OMG! After reading Redrooms detailed description, my party of 15 was under the impression that it was an elegant, clean, grown & sexy lounge. WRONG! RR’s online pics are deceiving. It looks like its about 1500 sq footage... WRONG! When we walked in, it looked like a basement and smelled like a basement!!! I thought we were going to be escorted to a VIP room. WRONG! It''s tiny & dingy. We were going to leave, but the bday boy said "we''re here, so lets make the best of it". So we stayed. I do have to say that the staff were ALL pleasant & tried their best to accommodate us. Not worth planning or worth the drive from Boston. If you want to go to an underground place to grab a drink, ok, RR is the place. Overall, big disappointment...
