Positive: Club Zoo is a small club that is great for a live show.
Negative: When a show is oversold (like Ben Folds was), many fans cannot see the stage and/or have an obstructed view. I would estimate 100+ fans were frustrated because the floor was uncomfortably packed. The bathrooms were blocked. Security would only allow a very limited number of fans on the balcony. Just uncomfortable in general. One small couch and very few seats. NOT concert friendly for a big crowd.
Advice: Get there before or when the doors open so you can get a great spot to watch the show. Doors opened at 6:00PM for the Ben Folds show. I arrived at 7:00PM and the club was already maxed out. Fans still poured in for another hour making it a near fire hazard.
