Since I moved to NYC about 3 years ago, my friends and I make frequent stops to Bower Bar in the Summer Time. We are all smokers and we enjoy being bale to sit outside where it is spacious and smoke while having our cocktails without feeling like we are blowing smoke in other peoples faced. The decor is so great, it makes you feel like you are in a private little jungle, far away from the dirty manhattan streets. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good conversation over some good drinks.
