Really nice place, I was there with friends on the last event (Asian new year). It was just awesome, jam packed at 12:00, full of nice girls.

I went there last year, and the shots at the bar were diluted. I think the bottles that were at the bar had water in them. The music is pretty bad. I think the only decent drinks is a beer or if you get your own bottle that they open in front of you. Bouncers are rude.

To answer to the following complaints, Jamie Lo "As for the music, it was Hip Hop mixes played 1 year ago at the old Jet club and a lot of house." Jet was closed 3-4 years ago, and System took it's place, so I have no idea what imaginary club you've been partying at. As for lk_baylis87 and cosler, your shoes are key, the point is to dress to impress. Almost every single club in Montreal has a dress code. Running shoes are not part of them. Maybe if you guys went clubbing more often you would understand that. Have some class.

Last night myself and four of my friends (3 girls, 2 guys) spent the night waiting in line to go into Tonic. When we got in the line there were only about 6 people in front of us and after 30 minutes we were at the front, where we stayed for another 30 minutes. All the while there were people going in ahead of us and one bouncer even asked some girl (who was in neither line!!) if she and her friends wanted to get in VIP. At one point the bouncer asked us, "Are you guys even Canadian?" Which we are, but how I don't see how that is relevant. He then came back awhile later and said the group behind us could go in because "you girls are with guys, we can't let you in right now". Finally, after waiting an hour the bouncer came back and said "I was goina let you guys in now, but I can't because your friend is wearing running shoes". The bouncers obviously had no intention of letting us in and were looking for any excuse NOT to. (I understand that he wouldn't have been able to wear running shoes but the bouncer could have told us before and and none of us expected such a high-class club in the Pepsi Forum). Needless to say, it was a complete waste of a Saturday night and if you aren't tall, hot, and blonde, it's as if you don't exist at all. Clearly my friends and I will never go back there; the way we were treated was disgusting and no one should have to wait in line, in the freezing cold, all along being told that "it won't be that much longer". The bouncers were nothing more than chauvinistic pigs on a power trip. I recommend choosing a different club the next time your friend suggests, "Let's go to Tonic!" I would have rather stayed at home then stand in that line and give that business my money, but that is just my opinion.

I would like to rate the rest of the survey but didn't even get in the doors. Waited in line for over an hour. Waited at the front of the line for aprox. 30+ minutes of that hour. Myself, my gf, her friend and her sister and boyfriend watched people behind us get in because our group of 5 had 2 guys in it. Then after another glorious 15 minutes of freezing and watching people go in the doors the bouncer comes up at tells us he can't let the other guy in because of his shoes. Information that would of been helpful an hour ago. It was a pointless night thanks to Club Tonic.

I went there on the 2nd week it opened to check it out. I think that it has a beautiful layout and that the VIP tables are a nice touch to the venue. Upon arriving, we were greeted by very professional bouncers which makes a good first impression. I think that the crowd on Saturdays are fairly uptight and their targeting people who are all about image. To have people who run into you and glare at you and give you lip through out the night isn't something I appreciated it. The one thing that did bother me a great deal was the fact you have to buy 2 bottles in order to sit down. As for the music, it was Hip Hop mixes played 1 year ago at the old Jet club and a lot of house.
