Personal Review of EPIC Lounge for the MAK B/W Birthday party which included me and two of my girlfriends joint birthday.
First off, I'll start with our "VIP section"
We were removed from our "VIP seating" at the front of the bar, which was by the door and by our LARGE group of people, after they gave the seating to someone else, then we were moved to the BACK of the Lounge right next to the toilets. Where we were crammed into a corner and knocked around by the line going to the toilets.
Then EPIC drew the line when they put a $288 charge on my credit card for a bottle of Grey Goose (retails for $40) that was supposed to be “covered by the bar” for my birthday party. After confronting the manager about this, she took the bottle, emptied it into "her friends" cups. Then she turned around and screamed and began flailing her arms at me b/c I was upset about the charge. This is the manager we're talking about. She refused to remove the charge and got in my face and threatened me.
Once again........ This is the MANAGER we're talking about!
We had a total of 70+ people that attended our birthday party at the bar and this is the way we were treated?
Never Again. There's too many other bars with management that withhold a sense of class and dignity, and that will actually take care of their customers.
