Boncers could smarten up a bit.....you need bouncers that actually understand the country lifestyle not just some punks that chew cope and know the odd song....no I understand bouncers (as the ranchmans call them "DOORHOSTS")are there for security but most of these guys suck ass......Love this bar but they need the crew of doormen they had about 12 years ago....MEN not little boys acting tought....... Waitress.....cool....need more hotties...but what club doesnt.....Shooter girls......HOT.....Bartenders....well CP in my wifes opinon ROCKS HER WORLD....he cool always treats us great!!!! Keeps us coming back Hoolie and Tammy need to not be so anal about every little thing loosen up and look like your having fun not just working.......That is what they tell the staff.....Have fun smile.....take your own advice..... Get this club back to the HARDCORE COUNTRY not whimmpy country.......

The nurse at the main bar at halloween can rock my world anytime....hehehehehehe and the beer tub chick rates right up there.....this is my home!!!!

Ranchman's has always been a good time for me, and it makes a great first date spot. I tell ya thought, you have to put your dancin' shoes on....

I only managed to make it onto the patio, because it was super busy, but it was fun! The bouncers were super nice, the DJ and bartenders were cool as well. The crowd wasn't that friendly at first (which sucked for me because I was there with just one person I knew!), but after a few drinks people started chatting us up and it was awesome. I'd definetly go back!
