Caffé dé Medici Ristorante Italiano, celebrating 25 years in business at its busy Robson Street location, offers a winning combination of delicious food, drink, and elegant indoor and patio dining. Under the direction of Executive Chef Aron Zipursky, Caffé dé Medici serves the best Northern Italian cuisine in the city.
"The fine dining experience is complicated," says principal Steve Punzo. "Guest expectations are high, and the need for a consistent, high quality product is paramount. We know we’re on the right track because we have guests who have been coming here for 25 years."
Caffé dé Medici also has a spectacular wine list and is the recipient of Distinguished Restaurants of North America and Wine Spectator awards. The restaurant serves dinner seven days a week, and lunch Monday through Friday.
