This large, turn of the century, villa-style restaurant and lounge is one of Vancouver's most unique nightlife venues combining delicious food and world class live entertainment.  Fabric-draped archways soften the character of the old brick walls.  Dimly-lit cabaret tables and booth seating all have an excellent view of the stage which features Broadway-style, revue shows such as The Candy Girl Cabaret, The Candy ROCK Cabaret and for the holidays, The Candy Christmas Cabaret. The menu can be described as West Coast with Asian influence.  Maxine's has one of the only classic, wood-burning ovens in Vancouver and all the pizzas and breads are freshly baked.
