PRIVATE RENTALS
The main floor rental ballroom is elegant with a rich cream and dusty rose colour scheme, stained glass chandeliers, 18 foot high ceilings, with lots of natural light from our large windows. The room is about 3,300 square feet.
The 300 square foot serving kitchen has a double size cooler, a fridge, sinks, counter space, microwave, 100 cup coffee urn, and plenty of plug-ins. There is a full-size convection oven suitable for cooking or warming food. They do not provide linens, cutlery, dishes or glassware.
The hall has rectangular tables and comfortable chairs for 150 people. The maximum capacity of the room is 220 people. Renters may choose who they wish to cater, or may cater themselves. Renters run their own bar, although a special occasion permit must be obtained from any B.C. Liquor Store before alcohol can be served.
The building is wheelchair accessible.
The hall is located at 3102 Main Street in Vancouver, ten minutes from downtown. Parking is on the street. There is no "resident only" parking in this neighbourhood.

RENTAL RATES
A $200 deposit is required to secure a booking. Rental fees are due 30 days before the event and the $200 is held as a damage deposit until after the event.

Evening parties must shut down the bar and music at midnight and be out of the hall by 1 a.m.

Events with music and dancing must pay a SOCAN music royalty fee of $62.72. Music without dancing is $31.33.

Rentals on statutory holidays must add $150 to the rates above. The rate for New Year's Eve is $1200.

A/V EQUIPMENT Sound System
Four channel TOA mixer/amplifier, two TOA speakers, adjustable speaker stands, one or two microphones with floor stands. No CD player is provided. Components can be plugged into the amplifier with RCA cords or 1/4 inch phone jacks. $50.

Cordless Microphone
This is not a lapel microphone and it must be used in conjunction with our sound system. $25.

Overhead Projector
3M 9000 Series, projector stand, 8 foot x 8 foot adjustable screen. $50.

Kodak Carousel IIIA Slide Projector
with projector stand, zoom lens, remote control, 8 foot x 8 foot adjustable screen. $50.

Mitsubishi Big Screen TV
(35 inch), stand and VCR. $50.

Adjustable Screen.
8 foot x 8 foot. $25.

Portable Stage.
4 foot x 8 foot sections. Tempered hardboard top. Up to six sections. Minimum of two sections. Stage height is 2 feet. We provide portable stairs. $20/section.
