Scotiabank Dance Centre houses six spacious studios and production space with retractable seating for 154. Studios are available for rent for rehearsals, classes, workshops, performances, photo shoots, filming, and a wide variety of functions and events. For details, click on Studios Summary. The building also has changing rooms with showers, a laundry, a dancers' lounge with kitchen facility, and a Dance Therapy Clinic.

The Scotiabank Dance Centre is home to resident tenants: The Dance Centre, including its video library and editing suite, Ballet British Columbia, DanceArts Vancouver, and Vancouver Ballet Society, with its library and archives.
