Media Club Description The Media Club: Live music Lounge & showcase room, is your backstage pass to a world of media, art and entertainment possibilities. We are a fully licensed lounge located in downtown Vancouver, below the Q.E. Theatre complex, at Cambie and Georgia. The club has a capacity for up to 150 patrons and offers a fully licensed bar. We have a delightfully intimate stage set up as well as sound and light system, DJ booth, giant screen and DVD projector. We are available for music industry showcases, CD release parties, fashion shows, screenings, film location rentals, product launches, private parties and any special event bookings. They had a fantastic choice of music... not top 10 or the over-heard played out music that alot of clubs feature. The atmosphere was very laid back and for the mature. The people were very interesting, beautiful and classy... everyone seemed to walk their own walk. It was alittle off the beaten path which was very nice. Very little B.S. seemed to exist there. Definately a club with character and class as opposed to a club with no character and plastic class.
