New Year's Eve Ticket Pick-Up Hours
clubZone.com and Urban Behavior have teamed up in Canada to bring you 3 advance NYE ticket pick-up locations. You can buy your tickets online or by phone, then pick up at Urban Behavior Metrotown at the days and hours listed below.
Dec. 29th: 10:00am - 9:00pm
Dec. 30th: 10:00am - 9:00pm
Dec. 31st: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Can I purchase tickets at this location as well?
Yes. Note that only credit card purchases will be accepted.
What do I need to pick up my tickets?
When picking up tickets please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase.
I bought my tickets using my mom's credit card. Can I come by and pick them up?
Only the credit card holder can pick up tickets. This is standard industry policy to protect against fraudulent credit card use. Credit card owners are responsible for all purchases made on their card as per their agreement with their credit card companies. Your mom would have to be the one picking up the tickets. Bringing your mom's photo ID and credit card will not suffice.
