DV8 was founded on April 14th 1994 when Jason Antony and Chris Jackson joined forces in the pursuit of adding creative depth to Vancouver's dull nightlife. For the past six years DV8 has continued to support the visual arts, progressive music scene and innovative dining. DV8 isn't just another place looking to meet its own needs, it's an outlet for those looking to deviate from the norm.

DV8 is the place to go after you're trashed and hungry from a night out on the Granville strip. Located on Davie St. next to Vibes, this place is open reasonably late and serves a young progressive artistic crowd. Awesome food and drinks, reasonably priced - especially thier burgers, superfriendly staff.
