Located at Exhibition Place, the Better Living Centre offers 18,360 sq.-metres (204,000 sq.-feet) of show space. There is 63 sq.-metres (700 sq.-feet) of office space, and portable snack bars. Advance payment is required for the Better Living Centre: 25 per cent upon signing License Agreement; 25 per cent mid-contract term; 50 per cent rental balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.
