FOOD Beautifully presented dishes are both modern and accessible. Classical French technique and diverse international experience are applied to ingredients selected for their unique flavour and environmentally-sound rearing - line-caught halibut, chemical-free East Coast scallops, dry-aged Alberta beef and artisan Quebec cheese.
WINE Sommelier Wayne Gotts has created a unique wine list to complement cru's cuisine, featuring an extensive list of wines selected for their quality and value, and one of the largest selections of half bottles in the city, complemented by a selection of wines by the glass and half-litre.
Many wines from emerging regions of Southern Europe and the New World are also offered along with traditional favourites - or bring your own treasures which we would be pleased to serve you under Ontario's new "bring your own wine" program.
