 Amber Restaurant Description
Happening restaurant-bar in Yorkville that's bright and airy despite being located in a low-ceiling basement totally void of any windows. It's a minimalist 1970s Japanese feel inside with décor of white, grey and bleached wood except for a far wall made of coral. Cocktails are spot on, ranging from the dry classics to more colourful concoctions, but it‚s the Oriental-Mediterranean fusion food that sets the place apart, a welcome departure from the Italian/Provencal fare that's so usual in this area. The menu includes a sushi-risotto and a Catalan fisherman's stew and the owner is a Syrian. Now that's what we call fusion.

Hey, I have visited amber and i can say that this is the best place for anyone, that has a little class and good taste in music. Me and my friends hd an amazing time at this lounge and are more then willing to go back once again. Also i would like to say thanx to Bart for his great service and hope to see all of you on amber most amazing place for semi- classy and open minded people!!!! ;-)
