The venue is outfitted with an intelligent sound & lighting design that incorporates all need for both corporate and industry events. All requirements for traditional Audio Visual needs have been taken into account when the venue was designed, keeping equipment rental requirements to a minimum.

The venue has in house catering and rental arrangements with some of the cities best, and has built on site facilities to house a robust catering set up.

Each floor of the venue operates independently, allowing for four large scales private events to be run independently, including all sound and lighting, catering and enter/exit needs.

The unique and versatile light box and furniture design of the venue allows for each and every floor to be fully customized and tailored to any client event. Each floor can be magically transformed into an entirely different space on demand. The terrace of the venue is available year round. During the summer months it is the spectacular view, lush greenery and in the winter, it is a private dock with all the summer amenities.

Joe has a full time events manager that not only handles the details of any event from start to finish, but comes from a professional event background that ensures that any event can be fully designed and executed in house if required.
