Libra Lounge's
decor is mainly black, white and grey with the occasional hot pink flower
peeking through; it's lined with angular retro chairs, black booths and sofas.
In the dark, the space takes on a jewel-like quality, with sparkling black
chandeliers, gleaming black tabletops and brick walls subtly lit by orange and
