There's a new king in town poised to make a big splash in the entertainment district. Hingson Corporation has swept into the 'hood, buying several unique properties. The old Roxy Blu, once the cool party rec room for late night groovin', has been transformed into a gorgeous restaurant above simply called 8 Restolounge, while the dark warrens beneath have been redesigned into 8 Below (12 Brant, 416-360-8188), a sexy underground den of sin.
