We describe our cuisine as FLORIBBEAN FUSION, combining local Florida and Caribbean flavors with essences from Asia and Europe. Mangroves Seafood Grille & Bar established in 1996 has supplied th Bay Area communities and many travelers the freshest and most creative seafood in the city. Our fish is delivered fresh daily and many local catches were caught just hours before delivery. We have an extensive selection of fish that is served every day, from Sushi grade Tuna, Black Grouper, Chilean sea Bass, Hog Snapper, Salmon, Atlantic Swordfish, Mahi Mahi, Pompano, Red Snapper, Jumbo Lump Crab, Prawns, Huge Scallops, New Zealand Mussels, and a variety of specials.
We also have plenty of poultry and pork dishes. We are pleased to utilize beautiful and flavorful hydroponic herbs and vegetables that are grown locally in Odessa. Chef Jon Eric Kern is responsible for the magnificent array of mouth watering appetizer and entrees. With 20 years in the business and numerous awards, Chef Jon Eric Kern modifies the menu seasonally to perfection.
