Indulge your senses with the tastes, sights, and sounds of the exotic Spanish Isle of Nightlife. Ibiza has been elevating Seattle's dining experience since January of 2005 with offerings of exquisite menu items.

Some of our guests favorites include Lamb Lollipops, Grapefruit Infused Tuna Ceviche, Stuffed Prawns, and Cabrales Beef Tenderloin Skewers. Ibiza's Small Plates include Fresh Steamed Clams in Saffron Broth, Spanish influenced Ceviche Classico, Fresh Prawn Gazpacho, and Garlic Bread Soup, a warm, creamy soup topped with a fried egg and arugula foam.

With passion, our Chef prepares Ibiza's Entrees with a flare of Spanish style and original Spanish ingredients. A sampling includes Spanish Paella, Roasted Lamb Shank, and Grilled Beef Ribeye Churrasco.
