The history of the 74th. St. Ale House begins with the concept of hospitality. Our central element has always been people. Offering people a gathering place, whether to protect them from the outside elements by nurturing them with good food, good company and a pint of fresh, local ale or by bringing them together as a community to interact, learn and grow.
We are located in the beautiful Greenwood neighborhood just minutes from the world renown Woodland Park Zoo and the many outdoor activities of of Green Lake, a 3 mile diameter lake and park.
