IS EL CORAZÓN 21+ OR ALL AGES?
Both. Primarily, El Corazón is a 21+ venue, in other words, a bar. On occasion, and sometimes it’s more often then not, we throw All Ages shows (labeled as ALL AGES/BAR W/I.D.). Because we’re legally a bar, our all ages shows run differently than those at an exclusive all ages venue, such as the Paradox or the Vera Project. During our all ages shows, the bar is still open, but only in a strictly separate area of the venue. We have a curfew (generally our all ages shows don’t run any later than midnight), there are no in/outs for persons under 21 and there is heightened security.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC IS PERFORMED AT EL CORAZÓN?
Mostly we are a rock venue. Rock N’ Roll. Punk Rock. Indie Rock. Hardcore. Metal. Sweater Rock. Emo. Math Rock. Experimental. Post Punk. Electroclash. You name it. We also dabble in electronic and hip hop, but we are always experimenting and expanding our horizons.
DOES EL CORAZÓN SERVE FOOD?
We currently have a variety of chips and candy for sale in the soda bar.
For those under 21 drinks may be purchased through the soda bar located in the show room. Prices on drinks are as follows:

DOES EL CORAZÓN HAVE A COAT CHECK?
Coat check is usually open during all ages shows through the soda bar. Prices are as follows:
Coat Check $2/coat
Other Items $1/each additional item (purse, bags, etc.)
