MARIN LOUNGE DESCRIPTION Marin Lounge is owned by the same person as upstairs' Tesoro Taberna, so if during a dinner of cosmopolitan Mexican fare you develop a taste for jamaica (hibiscus flower juice) martinis, saunter down to the stylish lounge to try the margarita variety of the drink. The nightlife spot is named for the historic Marin building in which it resides. Be sure to check out Wednesday nights when Altar of Sound presents "Basis" with San Diego's hottest Progressive House DJs. While the bar and dancing area are somewhat small, all it means is that there's just more likelihood that you won't miss the hottie on the other end of the room.
