It's basically like this, if the bouncer wants to let you in... he will. If for any reason he doesn't, you're not getting in. You can be dressed appropriate but he will find a reason not to let you in. They are very sexist in this area and of course let many more woman than guys (which is a score if you're one of the lucky guys that gets in). I've seen people not let in because of the following excuses:
1) Not 21. (I thought it was a 18 and up venue?). You see people inside that are obviously under 21 with marking on their hands so why the lie?
2) Wearing non-dress shoes. I've seen people with Vans inside. I think that says it all.
3) Wearing jeans. Over 50% of the people inside are wearing jeans.
So like I said, unless you're a girl... good luck getting in. My advise is to go with a hot girl or meet up with someone outside to get you inside.
