I was in there on Sunday 9/14/08 the crowd was less than white trash. there were multiple fights and the bartender left the bar 2 times for 20 to 30 mins "outside" to deal with his "friends" drama his friends alone seemed to be running the bar. I waited 30 mins to get a drink and still no bartender. Honestly I went back to the bar and made my own drink. 20 minutes later, after the bartender finally returned a "friend" told the bartender that I went behind the bar and made my own drink. Istantly I was kicked out as well as my two frineds who frequently visit Regans. The bartender who handle the situation, instanly threw us out " which we were planning to pay once the idiot clocked backed in" however, through all this he managed to kicked me out for getting my own drink even though his frineds were walking behind the bar getiing ther own drinks the entire time we were there and also he let all his friends back in who were fighting out front. That is what I call poor customer service. I will never return to Regans nor will my friends.
