I went to Aries Lounge friday night (6/22/07) because a friend of mine wanted to go. I really don't care to much for clubs in the area but I decided to make the best of it. As me and my friends were dancing (3 of us), a guy in a suit cut in the middle of us in a RUDE manner. I ignored it because it was a club and continued dancing. About 15 minutes later the same guy comes up behind me and puts his hands on my waist squeezing a little. I didn't say anything but I did remove his hands. Any other guy would've said "Im sorry, I just wanted to dance with you." This guy said and I quote, "Do that again and I'ma knock you out. I own this place and I will have you kicked out!!" I in turn told him how mature that was and he might not have wanted to tell me that he was the owner. I asked my friends if they wanted to leave they said no. As he continued to fuss I told him I was here to have a good time and turned my back to him and continued dancing when he then began to "get into it" with my sister about how he was the owner and would have me thrown out he even went as far as to ask me to meet him at the front door. When he finally walked away I thought it was over. I was so embarrassed that at 25 I was in a club where the owner felt comfortable with treating their patrons this way but I shook it off and continued to dance. Ten minutes later he brought a security guard over to me and pointed at me and said, "This one, I want her out of here!" I looked at the guard who looked confused and said, "I just came here to have a good time if this is a problem we'll leave." At which point the security guard looked at the owner like he was stupid and walked away. My friends decided they wanted to stay at which point we started seeing a lot of people we knew and began to socialize. It was only at this point the owner decided to leave me alone and we left the club with no further incident.
