Surrounding the old stones of this former leather manufacturing plant, the Restaurant Les Remparts features massive wooden frames, ancient walls, and varnished cabinets filled with vintage wines.
The menu is limited, but highly appealing as Chef Janick Bouchard has created a personalised French cuisine with a forte for sauces.
