The 21st Amendment is arguably almost as important as the First Amendment. Ok, not really, but what good is being able to be loud and proud without booze to fuel your belligerence? Although the days of speakeasies are long gone, Amendment XXI captures a glimmer of that era with a demure location and drinks that flow freely from the dim bar and plush indoor area to the outside patio. The vibe is decidedly trendy with indie and dance tracks playing most nights of the week and well-coiffed revelers on the dance floor. The food ain’t too bad either.
