Due to open Oct 9th 2004, Emporia is to become one of the hottest - and coolest clubs in Manchester.
The main room provides a full-on club experience, with a DJ lineup to include Tom Wainwright, Russ from the infamous Out-in-the-Sticks, the Audiowhores, Jamie Scahill from the Slammin Boys, Greg Wilson (Electro legend), Rick Bonetti, Oliver Lang (mixmag Future Hero) and a whole host of fresh local talent.
Room two is more laid back and lounge like, providing a confortable space to sit back, relax and appreciate the funked up soundtrack as an alternative to the house within the main room.
Open 10pm till 3am Thurs and 4am every Fri/Sat, admission fees vary and security is tight but polite. Emporia operates a door policy based upon style and attitude, with priority access provided for members. |
