Located at 7230 Topanga Canyon Blvd. Canoga Park, CA. 91303 (818) 226-9911. 8:00 PM ribbon cutting ceremony with Mexican Actors Cynthia Klitbo (telenovelas Como Duele Callar and Amor en Silencio) and Carlos Gallardo (El Mariachi). Entertainment will include La Sonora Dinamita, Grupo Escalera, Noe Sandoval y El Mariachi Junenil de Mexico, DJ s Cesar Remix, Azteca and Mike.
