If it’s a night of comedy your after then look no further – this is a new night in Leeds and has done a ‘roaring’ trade since it opened earlier this year.

The Jongleur comedy nights are on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights – but the adjoining bar Risa is open everyday from 11am to 2am, and is an ideal spot to have lunch or a drink after work in the large and stylish lounge bar.

It has a capacity for 1,500 and compromises of 2 dance floors and several bars where the drinks are very reasonably priced to make it an ideal night out – when the comedians are finished at 11pm you can dance the night away to party tunes from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.

Comedians come from miles around and promise to have you in stitches all evening – Make sure you come prepared to join in the show!

It is just around the corner from the newly opened Hard Rock café if you fancy a bite to eat before you go.

You can be entertained all evening without having to spend a fortune especially at ‘Shundaysh’ on Sunday nights where drinks are £1.50 from noon til 12.30am.

Student specials are on Wednesdays and Thursdays with Kinky and Flame - £4 entry open 9.30pm til 2am

Phil Butler, Brian Higgins, Paul Provenza, Harry Higgins are amongst regular comedians at Jongleurs and you will pay between £8 and £12 to see them perform.
