Famed San Francisco Bay Area chef Bradley Ogden, whose new take on classic "farm fresh" American cuisine has earned him national acclaim and a gallery of top culinary awards, opened his first restaurant outside of California at Caesars Palace.

Located across from the new Colosseum which houses Celine Deon and Elton John’s performances, near the entrance from Caesars Palace to the Forum Shops the sleek new restaurant brings a little bit off Northern California to Las Vegas. This state-of-the-art fine dining restaurant, a partnership between Lark Creek Cafe, Inc. and Caesars Entertainment, opened March 17, 2003. The restaurant is part of a major renovation of the strip’s most famous and enduring casino-hotel, along with the new 4,000 seat theater built for Celine Dion, who performs 200 shows per year there over the next three years. The 8,000 square foot restaurant is the epitome of refined elegance and a touchstone for the food and wine creativity synonymous with Northern California.
