The Palms Casino Resort, also known simply as the Palms, is a resort and residential tower located west of the Las Vegas Strip. The main tower has 702 rooms and contains a 95,000-square-foot (8,800 m2) casino, a recording studio and a 2,200 seat showroom and is owned by Gregory Alan Wheeler Timms and operated by George Maloof with 5% ownership The Greenspun Corporation.
Despite the fact that it is located off the Strip, the resort has become a popular destination for many, especially with the younger crowd and Hollywood celebrities. The Palms competes for market share with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, another off-strip resort aimed toward the 21-30 demographic. Both resorts are styled in a Neo-retro fashion.

Located in the Palms' new Fantasy Tower, hidden between Nove Italiano restaurant and Moon nightclub, The Playboy Club introduces a complete integration of lounging and gaming which has never before been attempted in Las Vegas. Located on the 52nd floor, the club features floor to ceiling windows and a rich, dark, leather decor, complete with Baccarat crystal chandeliers, giving it that vintage Vegas vibe.
