The Marquee Club is located in historic Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. In business since 1998 - generally known as the best live music venue in Atlantic Canada and one of the very best in the country. Recent renovations (March ’04) have made the room even better with the addition of DeVille, a state-of-the-art lounge specifically for our smoking patrons as well as improved seating areas and sightlines.

The Marquee Club is a truly alternative venue. The room has excellent sound and lights, a great sounding and commodious stage, in-house video screens and projectors, along with seating for over 650 patrons. The place has “brilliant show’ written all over it!

We also have another, self-contained venue downstairs: HELL’S KITCHEN (known affectionately as HELL) is a smaller, more intimate room and also boasts the same booking policy as the MARQUEE. With a capacity of 200, this venue is the perfect place for smaller functions, receptions, wrap-parties, press-releases and product launches.

Frankly, there’s no better place to be in this, or any other, city.
