My fiance had a drink and found a piece of sharp glass at the bottom of it. Took it up to the bartender and he said he couldn't do anything about it, and treated us like crap when we told him about it. All he said he could do was buy my fiancé another drink (she was pretty scared to drink there again). Then he asked what we wanted him to do about it, so my fiancé said they could at least refund our cover, and he said that wasn't possible. I finally got mad (raised my voice a little) and the bartender called over the bouncer. He was actually pretty nice - told us to talk to the owner. The owner was the worst of all! Was refusing to do anything at first (also treating us like crap), then finally pretty much shoved our cover back at us. As we were walking out he decided to call my fiancé white trash (which luckily neither of us heard, but a friend behind us did).
