This quaint restaurant has all of the charm of many family-run establishments. Kristy Socarras Bigelow is the first-generation Cuban-American owner of Cuba Cuba. Her mother immigrated to Miami from Cuba in 1959. She has made a concerted effort to present the delicate intricacies of “all things Cuba” in this small café that is actually a converted house.

Boasting some of the best Ropa Viejo in Denver, Cuba Cuba is known for its modern twist on traditional Cuban fare. But beware Friday Happy Hour! This venue hosts a hopping après-work scene that features the most diverse mojito menu in town. Pomegranate, mint, and Gosling’s Gold Rum have never tasted so good together!
