| Vermilion is located at 10 W. Hubbard Street in Chicago’s bustling River North neighborhood. Featuring the concept and flavors of Founder/Owner Rohini Dey and Executive Chef Maneet Chauhan, the restaurant recently evolved to evoke a Deeper, Bolder synergy of Indian and Latin cuisine. The restaurant is open for lunch on weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. The Vermilion Lounge is open during restaurant hours and late night for special events. The restaurant seats 250, with an 18-seat outdoor patio open seasonally. The restaurant can also host seated private events for 8 to 120, or standing cocktail and tapas receptions for up to 350 guests.
