The brain-child of Chicago nightclub impresarios Joey Vartanian and Mike Matuschka, Blu is a clubber's wonderland complete with 70's style illuminated dancefloor, stainless steel and lush oversized couches. The crowd consists mainly of pretty 20-somethings and college guys from Lincoln Park and the suburbs. Beer, cocktails and martinis are served up Thursday, Friday and Saturday by some of the most beautiful women in Chicago.
