| For eight years running, Jazz-Ya has done brisk business in its prime Sanlitun location. The comfortable bar and restaurant maintains the look and feel of a Japanese diner, complete with the clientele and Japanese pop music (interspersed by some great jazz). The main room has a bar and large wooden tables, while off to the side is a smaller restaurant area where they serve everything from Tokyo noodles to spaghetti carbonara. On the other side of the main building is Ushi-Ya, which offers grilled gourmet meats like genuine Kobe steak and shabu-shabu. Daily 10.30am-2am. |
