Esso has two separate room: the bar/lounge area and the main dance floor. The main dance floor didn't open until after 11:30. Once that room opened, it was on! The main room is very spacious and can hold a lot of patrons.
Speaking of women, there was a sense of "groupie love" that hit about 75% of the women at Esso. Once the celebrities came to the party, the dance floor vacated quicker than a pack of mice who found out that there was no cheese. The dance floor straight stage left, literally.
Another thing to point out, as other reviewers have mentioned, is the fact that smoking is allowed here. Pretty much anything goes, so be prepared.
