MiSaVi is a melting pot with a sensual and modern twist, combining eclectic flavors and contemporary design in a lively downtown Newark locale.

We are Michael, Saul and Victor, three Newark natives celebrating our city’s Renaissance and bringing to you a taste of New York City with hometown flair. Chef Victor M. Cabezas, a graduate of the renowned French Culinary Institute in Soho, brings the culinary magic of trend-setting Manhattan kitchens.  Together with brother Michael and close friend Saul, he fuses a variety of cuisines to create innovative dishes in an exciting lounge atmosphere.

Featuring private seating, light boxes that dance to the music, a one-way mirror overlooking the bar area, a late night menu and an outdoor patio, MiSaVi is Newark’s newest hotspot. We love our city and we want to give you another reason to love it too.
