Founded in 2003 by Marco Fonseca, Pedro Medina, Tony Khoury and Kevin Henriques, young entrepreneurs determined to reinvent the art of breakfast the Oeufrier chain now has eight restaurants. Enjoying their continued success, the founders are working to develop the chain by opening other Oeufrier restaurants.
