A harmonious blend of class, style, and smiling faces. It's a concept that is simultaneously simple and brilliant. When its doors opened in October 2005, Zuma Grill introduced a new concept to the bar patrons of the Valley, a concept that has given Zuma a reputation for innovation.



It is no mystery where the concept behind Zuma came from. After years of bartending at the most popular bars in Tempe and Scottsdale, owners Barry Clark, Bryon Russell and Jeff Dreschel wanted to create a place that combined the best of both the scenes. The result was Zuma, a bar known for its Scottsdale-look with Tempe attitude. Or, should we say, Tempe lack of attitude. And it works.
