In almost reverse psychology, we offer substanital quantities of food served in big stainless steel buckets, served atop strips of white butcher paper. items such as big sloppy pork ribs, messy honey-roasted chicken, juciy crab legs, shrimp three ways and generous servings of fried catfish which call for the use of one''s fingers rather than silverware. The spiffy shirt, blouse or worthless tie is protected by plastic tear-away bibs... nothing puts a stop to the protection of egotism and snobbery like a silly bib! The lunch menu features a good blend of burgers, sandwiches and big salads to please just about everybody.
