Hamilton Place Theatre
The Ronald V. Joyce Centre for the Performing Arts at Hamilton Place is an internationally acclaimed theatre with a reputation for outstanding acoustics. Directly connected to the Hamilton Convention Centre it can be used for special presentations, opening and closing ceremonies, entertainment programming and various meeting requirements.
While the Great Hall seats 2,193, a more intimate group can easily gather close to the stage area and enjoy the dramatic beauty the Hall has to offer. At maximum the facility can accommodate 1,193 on the orchestra level, 560 in the first balcony and 428 in the second balcony. The self-contained Studio at Hamilton Place offers a modern, artistic setting with retractable seating for up to 350. Cabaret style seating is also available making it ideal for dinner theatre, presentations or seminars. Full catering services are available.
